Litotime 授予您个人、非独占、不可转让的权利，在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上安装和使用本 App，仅供个人非商业用途。
免费版与 Pro 版
本 App 提供免费版和 Pro 付费版。免费版支持管理最多 3 种药品。Pro 版通过 Apple App Store 内购解锁，包含以下订阅方案：
- 半年订阅（Auto-Renewable）
- 年度订阅（Auto-Renewable）
- 买断（Non-Consumable，一次性付费）
订阅将在到期前 24 小时自动续订，可随时在 Apple ID 设置中取消。
医疗免责声明
本 App 仅作为服药提醒和记录工具，不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗方案。任何关于用药的决策均应咨询执业医疗专业人员。Litotime 对因使用本 App 产生的任何健康后果不承担责任。
数据责任
您对自己录入的用药信息负责。请确保信息的准确性。Litotime 不对因错误录入或误操作导致的任何后果负责。
知识产权
本 App 的所有内容、代码、图形和设计均为 Litotime 的知识产权，受版权法保护。您不得复制、反编译或分发本 App 的任何部分。
服务变更与终止
Litotime 保留随时修改或终止 App 功能的权利，恕不另行通知。对于免费版功能的变更，我们不承担任何赔偿责任。

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using TakenMeds, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Litotime grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Free and Pro Versions
The app is available in a free version and a paid Pro version. The free version supports up to 3 medications. Pro is unlocked via in-app purchase on the Apple App Store and includes:
- Semi-annual subscription (Auto-Renewable)
- Annual subscription (Auto-Renewable)
- Lifetime purchase (Non-Consumable, one-time payment)
Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before expiry and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple ID settings.
Medical Disclaimer
TakenMeds is a medication reminder and logging tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All medication decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Litotime is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the app.
Your Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the medication information you enter. Litotime is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect entries or misuse of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, graphics, and design in the app are the intellectual property of Litotime and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, decompile, or distribute any part of the app.
Changes and Termination
Litotime reserves the right to modify or discontinue any app feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for changes to free-tier features.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via app release notes or this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
